While this book can be read by one person on their own, it’s more powerful when both the betrayer and the betrayed read it together and use it to initiate discussion and understanding.

I can hardly believe what I read at the end. I went through it with an open mind, but regret doing it. This is book does a good work on sugarcoating infidelity, know it before spending your time.

Great book, helped me a lot!

After learning the devastating news that my spouse had been involved with one of my best friends in an affair for the past year, I didn't know where to turn to find any solace whatsoever. This book was recommended by both our therapists, and the information was helpful. If nothing else, it assured me that I wasn't completely crazy. Outside of the death of our son, which shortly preceded her affair, this has been the most painful experience of my life. For one who has been blindsided, as I was, by a spousal affair, this book can be a lifeline to assure oneself that he is not crazy, and also to assure his spouse, who would like to label him as such.
