My 10 year old son loves this chair! The installation was simple. Took me roughly 30 minutes to put together. It's very comfortable and has great back support. Reccomend for anyone who spends ALOT of time at a gaming desk.

A good chair, overall comfortable and well made for gaming/computing. Purchased for a 20y.o. and he is fond of the color combo and styling of the chair. The company backs their product and provides excellent customer service. We needed a replacement part and received a prompt response. We had the part we needed within a week free of charge.

Price is excellent vs comparable products. Seems to rank high among many 3rd party lists coming just behind chairs in the $450-$700 range. Comes in quite a few peices, but is easy to put together with clear instructions and even soare hardware just in case. Purchased for 13 yr old brother for console gaming. He says he doesn't use the vibrating massage function but really loves it overall!

No issues so far, son loves it, we removed the cushioning and seemed better, reclining is nice perfect size and seems to be built nicely

Decent chair… for a little while. Then eventually (in not too long of a time span, I’m talking a couple weeks) all the bolts started to strip including those attached to the base of the seat, making it so when I’d lean forward the seat would also move forward with me (hard to explain but very uncomfortable) and the armrests. I’ve tried numerous times to reattach and retighten these components but every single time the bolts would loosen in no time and I’d be back to square one. It’s also worth noting I’m not a particularly heavy person whatsoever so the bolts loosening and stripping is super upsetting. Cheap components make this chair unideal, not to mention the seat massage stopped working within 2 weeks of purchase. Just bought a new chair today and couldn’t be more happy with my new decision. Save your money and buy a more quality chair
