Milage has improved 3 miles per gallon, more power towing mid range, can definitely tell power is improved, may take a while to pay for itself, but at $5. A gallon, it will!

This item (EZ Edge for Dodge 24v 5.9L) does exactly what its supposed to, improve engine performance for daily driver. Nothing fancy, just plug in as the instructions direct, and it works: Providing 3 distinct power level options via the simple 3-way switch.All three sw levels make a noticeable change. Depending on "your" vehicle mods and your unique driving needs, one of the three may be better then another, for you. It's NOT just power level 1, 2, 3, although that is what it does in simplified terms. But the smoothness and RPM of the power delivery is different in each.For me, its a daily driver work truck (3500 dually, 5sp manual) that hauls a heavy water tank up and down mountain and/or dirt roads. I have a BHAF, AFE 3-piece manifold, and turbo back 4". Changing the stock exhaust out for the 4" it lost a lot of its mid range torque. This EZ unit restored that and more on sw setting 2 & 3. Setting 1 restored to almost stock but gained HP over 2k RPM. Setting 2 gained more torque at 1k and more HP over 2K, and gets better MPG than sw 1 (and stock), but is a little abrupt on slow tight dirt roads. #3 has more power everywhere, but rolls coal and uses more fuel, and also runs the EGT higher if you are on it. I usually run in #2 most of the time, except tight dirt roads. (Oh it also "sounds" just a little different in each setting, at least with my intake and exhaust setup.)Hope that helps,

Wow!!!! This was put in my fiancée 99 5.9L Cummings and it definitely woke the engine up!!! Also was getting around 16 mpg and we're up to about 19-20! Thats with towing big loads! Would only recommend if your truck is a standard transmission!!! Additionally, the chip was packed as neatly and has nice as a smartphone would be! Comes with everything you need including the zip ties!! Well worth the price!

Reasonably easy to install. I noticed a fair gain in power in the mid and upper rpm range. Mileage is pretty much the same as it was unless I run it hard, 18mpg instead of 20mpg. I usually run it in mode 2. I didn't notice much of a power difference between the different modes.

I installed this edge ez in my dodge without any problems. I haven’t driven my vehicle yet, but I started it let it run for awhile and never got a check engine light. I’ll finish installing my selecter switch today. I hope this helps. I’m not in your focus group. I’m 71 years old ! But great service !

Like the power and are still evaluating the mpg
