Hand exercise balls
Found all of them hard to squeeze, but then I read the instructions of the different exercises, don’t get me wrong it’s not a overnight miracle worker, but I do find my hands aren’t as rigid in the morning and I don’t wake up in the night with pain as I did, I will persevere as I do feel they are working, had them over two weeks now and I use the green one when ever I think about it, usually watching tv

Great hand strengthener gadget
I was initially worried these might have the strong rubbery smell that resistance bands have which I find so offputting that I can't use them but these are great and barely have an odour - a wonderful way to strengthen up my fingertips

Good exercisers, tricky to get on and off.
The ones that arrived had slightly different holes to the pictured round holes, I was recommended these by a friend and tried theirs and the round holes were great and easy to use. These have different shaped holes and the different hole shape makes these harder to us, otherwise these are great exercise tools

OK but not useful if you don't have limited use in your fingers
I find that if you have limited use in your fingers after a stroke (like I have) then they will be tricky to get your fingers (on the stroke hand) through the holes. Otherwise, they appeared to be OK for improving strength in your grip

Awkward
Not what I imagined to help with arthritis. You would be better off with a ball

This is a unique product compared to the common alternatives. Not smelly and it is fun to use with one hand or squeezing with both hands. Before getting this product, I didn't realize how constantly the pressure point of pain in my hands beside the thumbs was bothering me. My hands have become weaker over the years with mild arthritis. So far I can only grip the softest one well with 1 hand (or both). The other 2 are for future use, for strengthening both hands and wrists after more practice. Also I will use them for occasions like when I need to do a fasting lab. It will be a personal fidget toy before the lab to distract me from i-v needle phobia and during the lab to start the squeeze. Also, I appreciate that are 3 so I will keep one handy for stressful moments wherever I am. Recommend this for all ages!

This has helped me a lot to fix the arthritis issue I have in my right hand at the thumb joint. I can only use softest ( green) but that is enough for my finger exercise. I have recommended this product to others who have some or the other arthritis problems in fingers. The exercise instructions that came with the product is really great.

I wish they sold the blue separately as they once did, it's the most useful. It allows repeated full range of motion with challenge. The green is too stretchy and nearly useless to even small women who've tried it and the purple is thick and rigid. I really had liked the blue one, but it didn't stand up to daily use: after a few months the silicon between two holes tore all the way through suddenly with a snap.

I received the three exercisers about 2 hours ago. As you can see, the package arrived open and in bad shape. I decided to try the product anyway. In less than 15 minutes, the green one tore, and it says on the package that it is "tear-resistant". So, once I'm stronger and start using the other two, will they tear so easily as well? I'm debating whether to return it not. Even though it is obviously a very fragile product, my hands and fingers did feel really good after the exercises. Update: I returned it - not keeping an item knowing that it'll probably tear even more once I get stronger.
