Excellent, better than the last vitamin D product from this company, and cheaper, what's not to like?

Took them for a bit
Personally don’t feel a huge better or had a difference but maybe that’s because I needed a higher dose. These do have talc in them which some people have said is not too toxic in this form but if I can avoid It personally I will so I did stop taking these.
