aug 26, 2023: i have only had one cup of tea so far and i’m quite impressed with the results! the tea itself tastes nice, the package suggests mixing honey and/or lemon. i tried the tea on its own and it is totally palatable on its own but i did add lemon and honey and will probably steep some ginger next time as well! within 10-15 minutes of drinking the tea, i noticed my throat and lungs felt empty. it didn’t feel like i had a coat of mucus just hanging out there anymore. it might be important to note that i drank this cup first thing after waking up when my chest and lungs give me the most trouble and i felt completely clear after drinking the tea. while i haven’t coughed up anything crazy yet, i will say the little bit of mucus i coughed out came out so smooth and easily so i have a good feeling about continued use of this product. will update again after one week of having a cup every day!

On my third bag now while quiting smoking. These really help me cough up stuff and have helped so much. Does it taste great? No, add some sugar or something silly. Its a gross herb that helps you with your lungs. Obs is gonna taste nasty. I mean not so nasty you couldnt drink it on its own. I do find myself making it and waiting for it to cool and chunging it tho. Besides the taste which I cant drop stars for it works. Like, this is some mountain man redneck stuff I was tought as a boy. I watched my Grandpa find the stuff in fields and use it. It works!

Helps with breathing but taste kinda gross .
