I've delayed reviewing this for a few months as talking about a newly opened, pristine mattress is a little bit disingenuous. The first few nights are solid and it's only later that any problems usually emerge.It comes rolled up which of course gives you the chance to see one of the world's last great miracles; observe as it slowing expands like The Blob, turning from prison futon to luxury night furniture. Despite discussions about new mattresses having a certain odour, this one was absolutely fine (though I did give it a blast of Febreze just in case).It can be turned over for different air-flows (summer and winter) which is a superb idea. I haven't really felt the benefit of the aired section yet though this might be more due to my own health problems.After a few months, it remains undented and smells quite fresh. I can feel that this might not always be the case, but then this isn't a £1000 mattress. I can't vouch for health benefits as my aches and pains remain due to fibromyalgia so I cannot really blame the good folk at Naturelex. That said, it offers much more support than similarly priced mattress that I've tried. And living in a flat, it doesn't nearly kill you and your wife as you try and negotiate it up the stairs. That's a Tuesday I'll never forget!

I have bought two of these mattresses. I bought one for son that has lasted well. Kept its shape and firmness and super comfortable. So I bought one for myself. If you don’t want a very firm mattress this is not for you. I have bought a topper for mine because I like a firm mattress with a bit of extra comfort. It doesn’t off gas or stink after you unwrap it. So you can sleep on it first night. Doesn’t take ages to expand either! I bought a slumberland mattress once that was supposed to be eco materials that smelled strong for ages and very floppy. I love this mattress, I sleep well on it, and feel it will last a long time. It also is half the price of other entry level memory foam mattresses and still better. A great buy and if you have to wait for delivery it’s worth the wait.

So pleased we decided to make the decision to purchase 2 x mattresses, one for our 14 year old son (who loves his sleep) and the other for myself and the missus. Your product was delivered as described and once 'opened'.Sleep has inproved for all three of us, both my son & myself basically are sleeping better but the missus had aches from our old mattress which with the new one has either improved (gone less) or gone totally so this is very pleasing!!Although there are installation (opening) instructions with the Mattress there are NO 'instructions' for which way is the cool or warm side (winter/summer). Searching the reveiws other buyers also have the same issue!! It would be an improvement that needs looking into as some of the replies still add confusion even from yourselves!!! Can i please request a positive reply to this?

This is the second time I’ve bought this mattress and I love it. I’ve had the single version for the past 1.5 years and have now bought the double version. It’s wonderful. I’m still young (in my twenties) but had hip surgery and ever since then had extreme issues finding a comfortable mattress that wouldn’t cause pain and issues with my hip. My surgeon recommended to get an extra firm mattress and this one does not disappoint. It’s firm, but still super comfortable and within just a few weeks fixed my back pain as well. I do notice the difference when I sleep somewhere else, as my hip immediately starts hurting again, so definitely recommend for people with orthopaedic needs.

We bought this for my son as we were swapping beds around and he needed a new mattress. We had bought another Naturalex variant (Very Firm type) on the basis that it was cheap and if rubbish we'd replace. We were so impressed with that one that we bought him this slighter softer one.They are amazing value for money - compare with an equivilant High St shop and its 1/4 of the price of a 'branded' one but way more comfortable than others we tried. Not sure its longevity yet but at that price we could buy four for the price of a High St one which equally has unknown longevity. Its hard to be believed what you get for the price but well worth it.

I really wanted to like this mattress having seen the brilliant reviews and paying such a (seemingly) great price but sadly it appears to have made my back ten times worse. We gave it a full week on the 'winter' side before turning it over, but found my half of the bed significantly dipped and became more of a slope than a comfortable mould. I'm not exactly feather light but I'm a pretty average weight for my height at 14st so I'm pretty sure that shouldn't be happening after just a few days! We tried to be patient with it but it's got to the point where I'm struggling to get up in the mornings as my back is in so much pain. Unfortunately we've had to request a refund and purchase the slightly more expensive Dormeo Memory Plus.

My partner purchased one of these during the lockdown and I was kind of stuck staying with him and it was so comfy when I came back home I couldn’t get used to my mattress so I got one myself and I love it, I definitely fall asleep allot faster because I’m fidgety when it comes to sleeping and as I work long hrs and I’m stood up in work it’s so nice to come home and actually look forward to sleeping and relaxing on it 😁

Amazing quality from the side I’ve used to far, amazing customer service too! Fast delivery, there are lots of overpriced mattresses on amazon but this one is perfect! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️UPDATE: I had suffered with acute back pain however after using this for a few days it has really helped, I’ve received a pillow from the same seller now and that it equally amazing! I cannot recommend these guys enough, i feel like crying as I haven’t had a painless night sleep in so long, thank you so much guys, I really appreciate it.
