It's affordable, it works, and it is not oily.
In only two months I have LOTS of new growth on my hairline which had been receding fast. It is not oily at all. It is like water. I am pretty sure the people saying the product is "oily" are misusing the product. It is supposed to be applied to your scalp, NOT your hair. Also the best price point I have found.
