Easy to set up and operate using the supplied remote control and the buttons inside the door. With the app installed on my phone (I used SmartLife, but it also works with tuya I understand) and after doing that my Amazon Alexa automatically set itself up to operate the fire that way. Simples! Plenty of options to adjust the flame look and the bed of logs, and the heat output was excellent. Good value for money imho.

Great electric stove. Replaces a multi fuel stove. This heats the room much better & does not spend ages to clean out. Also probably more economical. I only need to put it on Low for a short time, and the room warms up very quickly. The flame effects look fantastic. Great to have so many colour options. Good that it’s all metal, no plastic. The exterior stays cold, a good safety feature. The legs needed attaching - simple for the person who did this for me! Only 4 stars because of the controls behind the door. The ‘switches’ are springs & there is a sticky plastic diagram, to stick behind the door, which shows each spring’s function. Fortunately the remote control is functional & easy to use and I’ve never used the switches. Altogether a great buy. I would recommend this stove.

Surprising good fire. The colour of the faux flames change so it has a nice effect. I went shopping for an electric stove style fire and found them extremely expensive for what they are. None of them look particularly realistic but this does give a lovely glow and produces enough heat to heat up my large room. I only give 4 stars as the delivery was shocking. It was 3 days late and I kept being told it would arrive today/tomorrow etc then being offered a refund when this was purchased originally as a gift so ended up having to buy something else and kept this for myself. As for the fire though, its very good for the cost.
