Love it!
We got the "ABCs" version of this book and, naturally, had to get the 123s, as well. Such a cute book and the pictures are great. Our whole family enjoys reading these books.

Teaching Kids D&D is as Easy as 123
Bought this for my young nephew, indoctrin—teaching him about the wonders of dungeons and dragons. I bought this alongside the ABC's of D&D. He enjoyed both books, having me read them during bedtime. I can only hope his dreams were filled with slaying magical beasts surrounded by a well balanced team of friends. This book doesn't dig too deep into anything d&d knowledge wise, but for a 1.0 introduction for a child, this book will be a great tool to planting the seeds for a future party member. I recommend!

Let the next generation of nerds commence!!
The absolute cutest books! I bought this one and the "ABC's of D&D" for my brother and sister in law when they had their son! They play D&D with my husband and I and they absolutely loved these! Im obsessed with how creative they are and the illustrations are beautiful! So clever.

Such a fun bedtime ritual that provides something for my daughter that she can't get somewhere else.
My daughter is very into Disney Princesses and My Little Pony and all of that, and while that's fine and dandy with me... I'd like to have something that rounds that out and encourages her to adventure, develop a strong and supportive group of friends, and allow her to imagine and explore beyond the boundaries of established characters and their defined roles within their world. I'd like her imagination to grow with her understanding of herself and D&D is a great outlet for that. This book caught my 3 year old little girl's attention from her first glimpse at the cover and she asks me to read her this and the 123's nightly. It's awesome to have her point out Almiraj (unicorn bunnies with leopard spots), or the Tabaxi (cat people), and even more rewarding to have her take notice of the female wizard who leads and supports her group and helps them by giving them "magic shoes". When she eventually moves on from this book, I'll be storing it in my memory treasure chest forever.

Adventure by the Numbers is an Awesome Way to Learn!
What better time to introduce the magic of role playing and Dungeons & Dragons than during early child development? And what an awesome way to learn and share that magic between a geek mom or dad and their adventurer in training?"The 123's of D&D" is a brilliantly crafted book, filled with bright and colorful pages of the things we all love about the world's greatest roleplaying game. This book is an entertaining way for parents to teach their children colors, numbers, shapes, and the characteristics of heroes and fair play.It was so good, that I contributed to the Kickstarter for my copy of "The ABC's of RPG's," and then bought a copy of "The ABC's of D&D" and "The 123's of D&D" as soon as they were published as well!

Amazing!
Got the ABC's and 123's for a friend's baby shower. I will be buying these in the future to give/read to my kids! We are such big D&D players! (Actually from Lake Geneva, so it is just something we treasure.)
