I am in my third month of taking this supplement. My hair seems to be growing faster, and my skin is smoother. It has a full array of vitamins and minerals, and The Vitamin B complex is taking care of my peripheral neuropathy symptoms well. The smell and taste are very pleasant, and it lasts exactly the predicted number of days. Seems to be excellent quality, is easy to use, and color is reminiscent of it’s great mango taste. Great product.

I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair. Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh. I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out. This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well. Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now. I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere. I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again. I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again. The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting. It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc. This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻

Yes it is more on the expensive side, but whoever is tired of taking all the different pills and don’t want to take another multivitamin pill try the liquid. It’s really making a difference. It’s so easy to use just 2 tablespoons in the morning or one in the morning one at night whatever suits you the best and it makes the difference in your whole day. The energy is back it taste good. It’s easy to use and easy to swallow so the vitamin qualities seems to be fine and doing a great job.

This is a great supplement, it really does grow the hair and nails and does wonders for your skin. I been taking it for about a year and have seen visible lines disappear from my eyes. Not saying they are completely gone but you will definetly see changes in skin. It taste good and does what it says it will do, great suppliment.

Once I started taking MaryRuth, my hair decreased its shedding and I’m even seeing lots of baby hairs growing. I’ve been using this for about 4 months now. It is easy to swallow and this flavor is good. The only downfall is the cost.
