Lo mejor de todo es proteger la vista, y mantener correctamente el ciclo circaniano. Es decir, minimizar agentes artificiales , en este caso <<luz azul>>, capaz de trastornar el ritmo de dicho ciclo.

These are killer. They do work. I am a big fan of blue blockers I own 4 pairs in all ranges of filtration and for yellows these are effective. You can literally see all of the purple it’s filtered out when you take them off. I use them at work when I am under fluorescents or stuck at my computer for hours, especially during the winter months at night when it’s dark at 4:30pm here and I still have work for 3 hours. They are great night driving glasses. Best I have ever had. If you need blue blockers, these are legit. You don’t need to spend $200 on some ritzy name brand from some influencer. Period. These work and don’t bend or misshape.

Great glasses. Light weight and very comfortable on the face. They definitely work as advertised. My eyes feel much better after being in front of the computer for at least 7 hours a day. I recommend this product to anyone who uses the computer two hours a day or more.
