I’m not sure if anyone has a favorite pen, but this pilot 5 in one Kiiroitori pen is the best pen I have for writing notes for my medical course! I’ve been looking for refills for it and this is it! It’s nice that you are given 3 refills of each color (black, green, blue and red) plus a little sticky tab booklet. The refill itself writes very nice and fluidly just like the ink that originally came with my pen. The package came in quite quickly to add on. Highly recommend if you have one of these pens and are looking for refills.

These were not available when I first tried to order them however they did ship once they were in stock. I searched high and low to find the refills for the doctor grip multi pens and these were perfectly and were reasonably priced thank you so much

Been trying to look for a 5mm ballpoint refill for my Dr. Grip 4+1 and this is best that I've used.They're very smooth and bold to write with that dries fairly quick.Highly recommend for Dr. Grip 4+1 users especially engineers and students that like color coding their notes.Only downside for a small pack it was shipped in a very big box, almost the size of a textbook.Will update with how long the inks last for me.

I needed new black ink for my pilot pen, which gets used daily so I realized I should buy a bigger pack. It also comes with some sticky strips which is super useful. I noticed at first the ink was a little dry. However, once you use it for about 10 minutes, it becomes super smooth and there are no streak marks. It doesn't smear unless I'm drawing and I'm really filling something out, which is nice. Overall, I think this was a good investment, but the fact that it takes a bit to start running smoothly caused me to take off a star. I still recommend.

I use the DR Grip 4+1 pen as a school teacher, and for some reason the red ink seems to run out quickly. This refill fits it very nicely and writes as well as the original. I've got plenty to use for the future!

Fits my 4 in 1 pen perfectly, flows well. I just use so much red ink that I'll have to look into getting a stack of red refills. Always make sure to check your pen refill type and match it to what the photo shows before buying, BVRF-8EF in my case.
