It's a great mat for doing floor exercises, sits up, etc. it is firm and comfortable at the same time, easy on the joints, can't rate it on durability as I just started using it, but it is well made so I'm expecting it to hold up well, looked at many options on Amazon, very happy with the purchase.

Quality made- good size. I got this for my young kids to practice gymnastics, but I think it will last a while as they grow and use it for various things. It’s nice that it has a Velcro band to attach other mats if we opt to get more in the future

I purchased this for my daughter to practice gymnastics and she is on it everyday! It’s great quality, and I’m very happy with it. Would definitely recommend!

This mat is great! As other reviewers mentioned, the handles are poorly attached - one of mine was torn when it arrived - but I didn't buy it for the handles! The mat is firm, the cover is very well-made (except for the handles), it's light and easy to move, and it had no new-plastic stink. Perfect for our use: an inexpensive exercise mat for a person with balance issues who falls a lot!
