Heavier and Sturdier Than I Thought
While my wife will often wear this during pylo box jumps for a bit of resistance during cardio, I take a different approach. I utilize it during even mundane tasks and throughout workouts, all within my property or workout area. The summary? While not super duper comfortable it is comfortable enough that it's not digging into you and you're not going to get sores. It will also make some of the most mundane tasks and workouts harder.Simple does it's job and does it well.

Good Enough
Works well for training stairs, hiking, and other long distance for races and long backpacking trips. There is a bit of fraying on some of the material, though it doesn't look like anything is coming undone or falling apart.Pros: flexibility in fit, changeable weight (love this feature!), and front and back weight loading.Cons: not sure about longevity of material (good so far), not great for physical activity where you are horizontal or inverted (e.g., push ups, sit ups, etc.).

Missing the strap/belt, but otherwise seems halfway decent so far
Review is based on an incomplete product. This isn't the place to describe the issue in detail (I'll be doing that in the seller review), but mine came missing the wrap-around belt/strap that it was supposed to have, so I've had to tie mine on with a wire until I can get a suitable replacement (which the vendor won't send me; I was told I needed to return the product and take a refund, which is quite inconvenient and demonstrates a customer-unfriendly inflexibility). So far the vest does seem reasonably sturdy. I got the 50 lb version but have only weighted it with 20 so far (don't want to shock the 40+ year old joints too bad!) I'll probably add more as time goes on.

Weighted Vest.
Fit well, I used it to perform "CHAD" crossfit workout on January 1st. I'm 66, so I did it with 35 pounds. It stayed in place pretty well, but when you are working that hard you will definitely sweat underneath it.Overall great value for the money.

Great for alternative exercise
My daughter used this for her Wildland Firefighter Pack test. Much more comfortable than a backpack.

Great product
Love this thing. The weights are removable so you can adjust the right amount of weight for the right exercise.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Bought a cheap plate carrier and blemished plates for less than this and they’re much higher quality.

Comfortable fit
Fit is comfortable with weight distributed evenly over shoulders. I like that the weights are steel rather than sand which potentially could leak. Adding or removing weight is a breeze.
