Best heating pad I have owned. Heats up quickly with multiple heat settings, pad is soft and weighted, very comfortable heat, remote very easy to use. Weighted pad keeps pad in contact with body. Timer is great and will automatically shut off. This covers neck and shoulder with even heat all over.

My husband would like one more hotter option. It works great for your neck and shoulders but needs to be a bit larger to use on other body parts.

I bought this one and another for my mom to choose from and by happenstance she bought one for herself. Of the 3, she fell in love with this one. The heat goes all the way up the neck and stays in position without being too heavy. She uses it daily and is talking about getting a 2nd to have in her bedroom she loves it so much. It heats up quickly, the heat is over the entire pad, has plenty of settings, and the heat is even over the pad; not patchy. It's a good size and weight without being painful, didn't have that funky plastic smell that some heating pads have when new. It's nice and flexible, soft as well.

The heating pad heats up pretty quick and sits nicely on my shoulders. I like how it has a snap in front to secure it. The remote is very easy to use. it is slightly weighted as well. It helped relieve my neck and shoulder pain after sleeping funny.

The heating pad has a soft and warm exterior fabric. Very comfortable sitting on shoulders. Has several heat settings and timing options. Stays warm for a while after it clicks off. Easy to use. Sits up high on back of neck to relax your neck too. Not heavy on shoulders but weighted edge helps it to stay where you need it.

I don't see the value/expense of putting the ceramic beads around the edge to supposedly hold the heat because the heat coils do not extend out to the edges as advertised. The edges dont get warm at all and therefore none of the ceramic beads on edge do either. I do like the shape for staying on over the shoulders however its not that wide. Since heat does not go to the edges if I want heat on my outer shoulder I have to leave it unsnapped and pull to one side to cover shoulder in actual heat. Therefore only able to do one shoulder at a time, hence the 3 star rating. Also not convinced there are actually 6 different temps. They all feel pretty much the same. I just put it on high most of the time. I do like the timer feature is nice and works well.

The voltage is not mentioned in the specifications and now I cant use it because our power supply is 220 volts not 120 V I will try and return it
