I got this because I have hypothyroidism. And I believe it helped me so much.i'm prescribed sythroid to take everyday for the rest of my life,and I was looking for something to help with the brain fog and mental issues. And after 3 1/2 weeks I felt a great improvement. First, now instead of staying in I always wanted to going do things, and inside I'm just happier and more positive. It could all just be in my head but I really believe adding the selenium to my diet has helped greatly.

I started a medication that caused hair loss. I went to the doctor to see if there was something I could do to combat this problem. She recommended selenium and zinc. I added biotin also. I don't know which one is working or if all combined are doing the job, but my hair stop falling out. I would recommend this to anyone with this problem.
