Funny story- we are New Mexicans who are addicted to Hatch chilies. On a trip to New Orleans we were going to grill burgers with family and HAD to have green chilies. We figured we’d only get the flavorless little cans so far from home. We spotted the Zia’s which we had never seen before in our area and decided to try a jar. SO flavorful! The perfect heat (we like medium to hot) . We enjoyed them so much we actually went and got more to take BACK to New Mexico! We use these for eggs and burgers and so much more. Super easy to cook with and the jars are easier to store than cans too.

I have purchased this many times but unfortunately my most recent purchase was very watery. We have opened a second jar and it was the same. Flavor was good just too much liquid.

I’m from NM and love the hatch green chili. This by far beats anything. We used to get our roasted green chili in September, bag, chop and freeze it. This is so much simpler. Just open a jar and put it in the refrigerator. We go through a jar a month and add it to almost everything.

These are almost as good as getting them from the stand. Their spiciness varies as you'd expect from any pepper, sometimes getting quite strong (lately, they've been on the spicier side). Save your jars, they're the exact specification for mason jars (you'll need to buy canning lids if you want to seal them properly). Kudos to Zia for adhering to standards!

If you like green chiles with a little kick, this is the brand for you. I got the hot flavor. It has kick but isn't too hot. It's flavorful hot.

Great product but jar was left on concrete with one jar that was broken. Reported to Post Office. Would reorder and would hope packing of product with glass could be improved.

Hatch green chiles are the best, full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. Use them any way you want. How about green chile cheese burgers for a start.
