Works at 2kw but supplied cables inadequate
So, finally got around to hooking this up in my camper conversion. So far I've tested it to 2000w. Good news is that it handled the 2kw. Bad news is that the cables supied too link the inverter to the battery are way to thin (16mm2). Cable started melting after a few minutes as that size of cable is only rated to 110amps (1300 watts or less than 50% of the rated wattage) . So I have to use thicker cable, particularly taking account of the 6000w surge rating. Will update once wired properly to see if it gets close to the 3000w load.

Failed on first use
The inverter failed during first use. I returned it and the company refunded immediately but wouldn’t buy one again - I have bought a different make which is functioning very well.

not great!
Cant handle a 3000w water heater for nore than 5 mins before fans kick in. then it shuts down with a loud beep. Not impressed for the price. now using it to run a low power fridge, seems to handle that ok.
