I like this set up it great and easy to install and use just be sure to have proper tools
Got it all installed Looks great and works well The only problem is it has a small leak from the adapter swivel for the handheld hose It’s in the second picture. Wish I could get that small swivel peace

It’s a simple install with very detailed instructions.
It made our shower more user friendly while blending/matching well with our existing moen Kingsley trim.

Solidly built product.
The product was top notch, and arrived within two days of placing the order. The installation wasn't trouble free, but that wasn't the fault of the product. The hole in the wall where the shower head came out was too large for the spacing required by the brackets, so I had to get creative. Once I had screws in that were solidly mounted, the plastic zip ties stuck out too far for the plate to pull in flush to the wall. That caused an alignment problem that prevented the main bar from attaching to the top & bottom brackets. More creative thinking... After losing one of the zip ties down into the wall, I had to kludge up a solution that got the top bracket tightly attached to the wall. Then alignment was good & it all went together like a charm. Now I've built my own home, and have considerable experience behind me. If you're not that handy, better get someone to install it for you. Now that it's in operation, we love it - just what we needed for handicapped use of the shower. Couldn't be better! (and all solid, heavy duty metal - no plastic as someone erroneously reported).

Beautiful shower fixture, but...
This beautiful and was pretty easy to install (if you are somewhat familiar with plumbing fixtures). My only complaint is the the swivel fitting for the hose is held in with orings and can pop out/leak if you pull on it. I wish there was a threaded connection, but if you are mindful of that, it's awesome.

Only 2 1/2 hours to install
This is a great product! Took 2 1/2 hours to install. Instructions are very Thorough. We put a different shower arm on it to better accommodate the large showerhead we have and the size of our shower. It works great and I love having The added convenience of a hand held shower.

Semi handicapped lady and husband with no limitations, versatile for both. They love it

Excellent product
I have been using this product for about three months now. It performs flawlessly. In my case, the water can exit via two devices. Both have worked perfectly.
