People who live in areas with HARD water (here in Florida) should be aware that hard water permanently stains clothes when washed. You need a water softener. this product makes all the difference. It cleans the clothes better and prevents stains - like rust stains, that NEVER EVER come out! Hard water ruins clothing. So this product should be advertised for this purpose. Because people don't know.

Amarillo has very hard water. This was needed in the wash or clothes would not get clean.

I have been useing the cubes but thought We would try the gel. Easy to use and I feel like it protects our machine.

Sent this to my daughter who lives in a hard water area because it works.

One of the bootles was leaking inside the bubble wrap. It did not leak into the box. The box showed no damage. This is the second time. I'm not going to open the bubble wrap and create a big mess. I will put it all in a large ziplock bag as I did before. I believe the caps on the bottles come loose to easily and should be secured more thoroughly . I can't comment on the product itself but the packaging needs improvement. The bubble wrap did contain the mess this time, for now.
