Product is really good. Started flashing for no reason and couldn't stop it even with batteries taken out. Contacted seller who sent out a new one as a replacement. Daughter was very pleased. Excellent customer service

Christmas gift for grand daughter.

This is the best Cinema box, please try and get these to sell in other places for friends and family just in case these one get disconnected and then other places can get them as a backup as me, I always prefer to buy something I’m used to using. Thank you.

My son got this as a present for Christmas and loved it. It’s got plenty of letters and emojis to create different signs. Also the light is great for lighting the room, however it’s not to bright... it creates a perfect glow for playing PlayStation or watching tv etc. Great present overall / would defo recommend. We had a crack in our remote control and the company responded immediately to our message over the Christmas period and sent a replacement. They were really helpful.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my nephew, due to the current situation of being in lockdown, I did not see him to give him his gift until only recently. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase as the box does not work. When plugged on the light came on and then flickered and switched off. We then tried inserting batteries the box did light up and after a short while flickered again and switched off, we tried new batteries and the same happened. The return window has since closed at the end of February and now my 11 year old nephew has a broken box and I have no way of returning to the supplier due to return date now being closed. My nephew was delighted with his gift as this is what he wanted however he is extremely disappointed that it is of no use as he received broken gift. I don't know where to go to raise this issue.

This LED light box is absolutely fantastic. I cannot wait to show my grandchildren , I am looking forward to leaving all kinds of messages for them when they come home from school. The box is so well made, also the remote control is a very good feature and easy to operate. There are lots letters, numbers and characters included.I can thoroughly recommend this product.Nana Christine

Looks good, my daughter loves it however seems a little flimsy but does the job and look lovely in her bedroom

We like the size of the light box and we will be using it on various occasions. It is very steady and we find it helpful that it can stand on a variety of surfaces. We like the good choice of background colours and that messages can be displayed very clearly. First time used was on 100th birthday party, and was enjoyed thoroughly by my mother and lots of guests. Will recommend.
