I took the pills as directed it did not work for me at all. Very disappointed in the product. For the money this product was a big dissapointment.

It is difficult to say exactly if this pills really helped to me to burn my fat. But if I will look at the facts seems like it works.For example, I worked out about 10 months and my weight was stable between 112-114kg (please convert to pounds by yourself ;), and last two months I took these pills and my weight was dropped up to 109kg.Actually, the weight is not really correct thing to judge the product, because my muscle mass definitely gained for the same period of time.So the conclusion - I think it works, but I don't have any scientific proof of that :))

Don't waste your time or money on this product. Took product as directed with no great results. Just take long walks instead - that's what worked the most for me.

this does not work as advertised, i changed my diet and still has not lose much weight, waste of money

I have found that many fewer of the Phytodren work better. They provide just the 'lift' needed while trying to lose weight, without making one too hyper. One a day, in the morning, does the job.No comment on the slimming pill . . . other than lots of Vit B6, which helps encourage sloughingfluids.
