This supplement has helped reduce my hot flashes so much! I can't take hormones and was feeling overwhelmed with hot flashes - dr recommended this supplement and it has made such a difference. I ran out and didn't replenish right away because the symptoms were not as severe. Oof. They started back up again - I'm now subscribed, so I don't run out again!

There is no other way to explain how my night sweats and hot flashes have just STOPPED, because I changed absolutely nothing other than I started taking this Black Cohosh supplement. It doesn’t make any sense, but it is a miracle. I’m actually sleeping throughout the night without waking up every 15 minutes stripping, then throwing clothes back on, then off, then on… I was getting 3-4 hours a sleep a night for MONTHS, and now I’m pretty close to double that, thank God. (side note: I don’t do reviews, but there’s such a lack of information on perimenopause and menopause in the health care industry, that I felt I needed to help out my fellow females and say: TRY THIS, IT WORKED FOR ME!:)
