Faulty mechanics of rotation
The balm maybe good but the mechanics of the outer cover became faulty on day one itself. Jerky rotation for taking out the balm. It has totally stopped rotating for going back into the tube. Very unfortunate …

The product was delivered without it's outer package.How are we to know if it's genuine and the manufacturing details?The texture feels good, smell is also nice.Ingredients seem to be pretty good but the outer package is missing thus putting a question mark on it's authenticity.
