It's really glows purple.
It's hard to find a pigment that is people if natural light, black light, and while glowing, but this one did the trick.

Don't buy
I bought one bottle. The bottle said black light. That's not gonna work for an outside job. Got a second bottle different buyer. It's the same thing, just different label. It needs to be able to charge by the sun. This crap don't work. It doesn't glow!

Doesn't glow but pretty color
I love folkart! But this purple was a let down. It doesn't glow at all, but it is a nice shade of purple so I just use it like regular paint.
