Before taking this daily, my body would randomly feel really weak. This has definitely helped soo much in making me feel stronger and healthy overall. My bones needed it! Highly recommend & pair it with vitamin k to boost absorption

Regarding the quantity you get for the price, there has been no match. This hands down beats all competatora for quantity. The pill is also easy to swallow because the gell. The taste isnt so bad if u just swallow it fast. But it is so worth buying if you need vitimin D. I have had other pill bottles run out 3 times and still have some in this one. The glass bottle was a big surprise but i cant wait to repurpose it once im done with the vitimin d pills inside!

I am currently taking these to aid my vitamin D. It is very easy to take with any cold liquid, water is best. The bottle is easy to open. Be careful when getting one out of the jar, as they can fall out of your hands and go anywhere. I say that because I some times drop them and had have a hard time finding them.Take as directed from your doctor if prescribed by him/her. I will buy again at the suggested price. It is a good value for the money.

I researched the options available and this brand is a really great value. My husbands doctor suggested he start taking it for cognitive function. Hoping it helps.
