Different weights!!
Until now it was useful, specially because we can remove or add weight. I need to use it more to verify how this works

comfortable and great quality
This is a really great product for people, whether they are experienced or beginners, who want to get more out of many types of exercise and strength increase regimens. The sandbags are really easy to move in and out, they just glide through, and they have very strong straps/velcro. Having sandbags instead of solid weights seems to give an overall improvement in the experience. They are compact but nice and heavy and dense. I would imagine that someone who needs to build back the strength in their legs/knees after surgery or something would likely be using something like this as well. I ran with them and walked with them and had no problems whatsoever. The company provided terrific support when I reached out to them as well, which was very reassuring. The way it is designed with the buckle is also very user friendly and makes adjusting very simple. This is nice and soft and won't fray or irritate your skin either, I haven't noticed any discomfort after a long period of use. I have no gripes with the product, everything was great and I think just about anyone could make great use of this gear.

Just a but a bit of trouble to adjust
It's a bit difficult to get the weights out to adjust, but the product is fine and comfortable.

Good quality material and workmanship.
As advertised. Comfortable interior fabric is soft enough and I don't find any interior seams or fabric gathering to irritate while moving about. Taking the "sandbags" in and out is a little snug, but better than having them come out while active. Materials seem of good quality and finish and workmanship are good.

Like that the weight can be adjusted by removing or adding the weight packs..
Bought to do my physical therapy exercises. I like that I can adjust the weight by removing some of the weight packs. Would recommend.

Very adjustable, but removing and inserting the weight packets was very difficult
I like that these are very adjustable and that it uses sand as a ballast, which is non-toxic. However, trying to remove or insert the weight packets was very difficult due to the tight space allocated to hold them and a fold over cover that was hard to get around when changing these.Fortunately, you don't have to change them often. The velcro straps hold well. But the ankle/wrist weights are a bit bulky and if worn on your ankles they can bump into your other ankle at times and may cause you to stumble. Sometimes my feet would cross while making a turn and the weights would bump into each other. This didn't happen often, but it does happen.Bottom line is that once you've adjust the weight to your preference it works pretty well, but can cause a problem if your feet get too close to each other while moving around.
