Nice read
I liked it. More insightful info about hurdles during the practice of meditation. It would be great if some stories of people who did great at inculcating meditation practice in daily life were added in this book.

Great book
This is a great book on mindfulness. It is short, concise and to the point. Enjoyed reading this book. Look forward to practicing some of the techniques listed.

Great effort to present such complex topic.
- what i like about this book is effort, to collect references provided in chapter. This indicate seriousness of author to validate his argument.- what i dislike about this book is knowledge is somehow at surface. (Please consider this in my case, because I am student of Vedant where now days im reading about non dual nature of human’s behaviour )- Recommendation to author, please try to make content more interactive by putting questions to reader. As a reader i will be more happy to write down my explanation in foot note of pages, there was few but rethink about it.

Worth reading and practicing
The techniques suggested are easy to follow.Meditation subject was dealt very well .Even a starter can follow these techniques.

Best way to introduce yourself to meditation and mindfulness
I began meditating overt 40 years ago. I started because I was searching alternatives to improve myself. I have learned following excellent two excellent worldwide institutions and four years of just listening wave sounds of a very serious company. I know the great benefits of this discipline and I have tried to convince some people to start practicing it with poor results. This book is the best option for anybody who desires to help himself or herself to improve the quality of his life and be successful in whatever he or she desires!

Amazing read!
Thoroughly enjoyed this book! It’s an easy read for someone who is looking to start a practice of mindfulness and meditation. I’ve been meditating for 15+ years and it was a great book to remind me to be mindful. Not just during my meditation sit but all day.Can’t wait to read another one of his books!Thanks Ian!
