These socks are £1.30/pair and this is reflected in their construction. Many of the socks have a small hole where the sole meets the ankle, which will become a big hole in no time. Paired with this is that the fabric comes off in droves on your feet, so be ready for some black clumps in the shower. In terms of fit, they're rather tight around my ankles/lower legs, and I'm underweight. Those with thicker lower limbs will want to look elsewhere. The toe seam is indeed flat, which is fantastic. Very comfortable fit on the foot/toes. If you don't mind about the feet fuzz and have thin ankles, they are comfortable, but they're not built to last.

What I expected

This pack of 20 black socks is really good. The socks are really comfy and thin (I really like thin socks so that's a big plus for me). They fit perfectly at size 9-11, I am size 10 shoe. They are 70% cotton, 27% polyester and 3% elastane, so they are not only very comfortable and warm, but also durable and have a nice stretch to them. I wear these all day, daily, they are quite breathable and have a good stretch making them easy to put on.

I will not go so far as to say the socks are bad quality, but they are definitely on the cheaper side. The material is a little thin, and I found the sizing a little off (mine were quite tight around the calves, although being elasticated they still fit fine). For the price I think the quality is perfectly reasonable (it is a big bulk pack that works out at about £0.63 per pair)

Thin, comfortable and breathable. Stay up well and not too tight. Really good value. We'll made too.

These cotton rich socks are perfect for my teenage son for school. He can be fussy with how the material feels on his feet but luckily he’s fine with these. He’s size 9 and they fit perfectly. They’re ribbed material, soft and comfortable and stay in place. Perfect for any occasion. You receive 20 pairs in this pack so they’re reasonably priced.
