ProX 10U Top Mount 19" Slanted Mixer Case - XS-19MIXLT

Came on time and well packaged. It is plenty strong enough for me to move equipment around in my car. I can't evaluate for flights, this is not the 3/8" plywood those cases have. That's extra weight I don't need. This Amazon description said it fit my 1832 mixer, but the description omits that the "ears" for my 17" mixer needs to fit in this 19" case are not included. ("Ears" are the metal mounting pieces that attach the mixer body to the rails in the case). They fill's the extra 2" gap between the mixer and the rails in the 19" case. I was trying to order these "ears" online and by phone. Then, I read a random review saying the "ears" come included with the Behr. Xenyx 1832. The case manufacturer doesn't include the ears in the travel case. (The brackets to hold the ears were already installed in the case). Sure enough, I looked and found the ears stored away from years ago when I got the mixer! They fit perfectly on the mixer and to the case rails. The case had a bag of the 8 screws to attach the ears to the rails inside of the case. (No nuts needed, the rack holes are tapped). At this price, getting the shelf is a big free bonus! There is room under the mixer and about 5" extra room in front of or behind the mixer, (depending on where you mount the mixer far back or up to the front of the rails). I'll store adapters and the power/usb cords for my mixer in that space. The shelf can be just slid up and away to remove it if you don't need it. I believe all of the hardware is sturdy.I really like the protection for the mixer, as well as the shelf for my laptop. The only con is the mixer and case together are almost as heavy now as one of my larger speakers. (The mixer had been feather light in the old mixer cardboard box). But for storage, stacking, and travel protection, it was necessary. I would hate to buy a new mixer due to accidental physical damage.

I love ProX racks and cases. I own a few of them.Let’s be clear that ProX cases are well made and made to protect your gear. Therefore they are heavy within reason. This is a great case and I am happy with it but the handle is a big issue.If ProX reverses the handle it’s a 5 star product! The handle is backwards and I thought it was just mine and wanted to return it.I took a look at the product picture and that is the way it is but It simply doesn’t work.When you lift the case the handle doesn’t hit the stop! Instead your fingers get pinched against the case.A simple fix in production if they simply reverse the handle. That is the reason for a 4 star review. All my other ProX cases I own are great and solid 5 stars.For my mixer (Podcasts) the case is fine with plenty of room behind (dog house) for all connections. Mic and line inputs. inserts, aux. ins and outs and every connections.The sliding shelf up top is a plus with digital mixers for laptops or iPads and Tablets for remote control.I have contacted ProX to let them know about the handle on 4/30/25

This is the perfect case for a Behringer X1222USB mixer. The rack mounts are a perfect fit that come with the mixer and now makes my travelling to karaokes gigs some much easier. This is a great case for the money and is very rugged.

Perfect for what I needed with my DJ equipment. My laptop and mixer for perfectly inside. Great price and a quality product.

The product did not bring the rails to mount my rack componentsI understand that it is a missing part that now I have to purchase separatelyIm really desapointed

This case is an absolutely perfect fit for the Behringer PMP4000 Powered Mixer that I use for my mobile DJ business. I know the mixer is well protected in this case. The case is well built, with solid latches and a sturdy handle. The sliding laptop tray holds my 17" Laptop with room to spare and will be perfect for my gigs.

This is a great case. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I feel that it could have been a little deeper to allow for cords to be routed easier. Also the case doesn't close with anything on the laptop shelf higher than the front lip. It would be a lot easier to transport a laptop without having to use a separate bag or case. The hole in the back is a great feature. I did some customizing and had to file it out to be a bit larger which caused the threaded inserts for the screws that were there to be slightly compromised, but what do you expect when you mess with the factory specs right. I would buy again.

Excellent Case for the money, protects out mixer and the sliding top shelf is great for the iPad.
