I got this clock to replace my worn out downstairs bathroom clock. This clock adds a lot of color and character to my bathroom. Because it is a silent non-ticking clock, the second-hand moves very smoothly. It was a little disconcerting at first because my old clock ticked and this one does not, but it did not take long for me to adjust to the quiet. The clock is extremely lightweight and fits on a standard wall hanger. It seems to keep accurate time and I am very pleased with it.

Yes, I needed a new outdoor clock on my covered patio and this Chinese piece of junk will suffice for the time being. But what an expensive piece of junk. This $23.00 product probably cost no more than $2-$3 to make: a tropical photo scene printed on a 10”. diameter piece of foam board and a $1.00 battery operated clock movement. Probably the worst thing (value for my money) I have ever bought thru Amazon. Unfortunately I did look for an MADE IN AMERICA equal and would have gladly paid a little higher price but could not find a similar product. Bring back MADE IN AMERICA !

I agree with the comments about the hands on this clock. Mine arrived in perfectly acceptable packaging, but the hands are bent at very odd angles. The second hand was more than a 45 degree angle. I bent the hands and proceeded to hang the clock. When I first hung the clock on the wall it was crooked. I realized the clock mechanism was twisted and this made the hanging hook off center. I twisted that into place, reset the time and hung it back on the wall. A couple hours later I looked and it wasn't keeping time at all. Ah, the hands were stuck on each other. I bent them again. A couple hours later it seemed to be keeping time just fine. The thing is not expensive, you have to know it's going to be cheap quality. It's pretty cute. It's a plastic "plate" with a picture exactly as shown with a cheap clock mechanism. If you mess with the hands it will keep time. I've only had it one day, I'll see how it goes as far as keeping up. And that IS the main point, I have plenty of cute beach themed things on my wall.

It's a really flimsy clock. The 2nd hand was bent and kept getting stuck and stopped. Hard to hang. The clock seems to keep time but the 2nd hand was a pain. I am just using it without the 2nd hand. I will keep it because it keeps time but I am disappointed in this clock.

For a wall clock, this clock should have glass over it to preserve its beautiful face and delicate hands from dust, grime, etc.

Product will be returned because it is defective. Time cannot be set because hour and time hands appear to be bent. Even after trying several brand new fully charged batteries, the clock would not start, probably because the contact point looks like it is not in the right position or it is bent. Face of clock has small scratch. Either non-existent or poor quality control or someone else tried and then returned the same defective clock. Only plus was attractive design on face of the clock.

Hands keep running into one another getting jammed so clock stops. Just bend clock hands again for third time ,,,We'll see if that works.....just not worth the price. Probably will be sending clock back in the morning when I get up and clock us jammed again !!!! Ugggghhh

Nice clock. It's really quiet - no ticking. You can stare at it indefinitely - at the paradise in the background, and at the seconds arm that moves so fast that you feel how rapidly your life is wasted while you watch this. One issue was with hanging it on the wall - it's not balanced well, so to hang it straight, I had to adjust the screw precisely so the clock attaches to it snugly.

Clock did not hang straight due to clock mechanism being glued to the back of the clock face incorrectly. I had to carefully separate the clock works from the face (had to be very careful because clock face is styrofoam) and than re-glue the two pieces.
