La Tourangelle, Organic Sun Coco Oil Spray, 5 Fl. Oz., Neutral Flavor & High Smoke Point, Blend of Organic Sunflower Oil and Organic Coconut Oil

I use this on my cast iron after I clean it, and I use a bit whenever I'm cooking at high heat (like searing meat). I prefer to use olive oil and or butter when I cook, but there are times when you need something to use well above the smoke point for olive oil and this helps assure the food will release easily from my cookware (I use cast iron for about 95% of my cooking).

I love this avocado oil and have bought their cans of avo oil and spray before. The spray cans spray mechanism is horrible. Dont know what they changed but itll either spray a thin weak stream of oil or a huge gush of spray sending herbs, food all over the place. Really disappointed.

I bought this for my air fryer, so I could spray it on the food to brown it up while air frying, and its doing a fantastic job!I wanted grapeseed oil due to it being a healthier oil in my opinion. It has a lite taste that really isn't noticed when air frying in my experience, letting the food shine thru!Also I've used it a few times in regular cooking in a fry pan, and it does great there as well.I love the look of the canister it comes in, beautiful packaging for a can of oil! Looks nice setting out in the kitchen! also the mechanism on top you push to spray out the oil is very high quality when compared to other spray cans of oil I've tried. This is a top quality product in my opinion!5 stars!

Love this brand. Easy to use, tasty, healthy! I will continue to purchase the La Tourangelle brand of oil as well as their sprays.

Good oil but it comes out of the can too thickly for some applications. I'm going to try a pastry brush for the "light spray" jobs.

The oil does what it's supposed to, but it does have a stronger flavor than another brand I've used in the past from Chosen Foods. If you are okay with some avocado flavor to your scrambled eggs which is what I mostly use this for, then you're okay. Most other foods cover the flavor of this spray so it's not an issue. The spray bottle mechanism works great.

After a few uses the nozzle became partly clogged. It still sprays oil but it's no longer a mist. It now sprays a forceful single stream of oil. I like La Tourangelle's olive oil and I will use it up but this format of packaging is basically useless for its intended purpose after a few uses. Just buy it in the pourable can.

The oil is high quality, La Tourangelle is a great, trusted brand. Spray on is good and bottle is durable. It doesn't last as long as other 'sprays' but feel the quality is better.
