YOUR HEALTH IS IN DANGER. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE.
PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS****HEALTH RISKI have studied sustainability at school so I’m aware of what is toxic to our body and the environment. If you read the ingredients of the wax, it includes colophonium, petrolatum, and beeswax. Smelling the fume of beewax is not dangerous but colophon and petrolatum is HIGHLY TOXIC for your body. It makes you develop asthma and other major health risks. When I bought the product, I didnt read the ingredients but after I was done waxing, I was able to recognize the infamous smell right away. I worked in the product manufacturing industry so I’m aware of what fume and ingredients are harmful to us. Please do your research about the ingredients before purchasing this product!!!!If you already used the product like me, open all of your windows to let out the smell. Do not inhale!I’m planning to go back to honey sugar wax. It’s the most environment-friendly, effective, and safe way I’ve been doing for years. And use the wax warmer to keep the honey sugar wax soft.

Awesome Heater and Wax
This warmer is a amazing! It melts the wax throughly and is able to maintain a pretty perfect heat for a decent amount of time. Things to note:*the light goes off after 30 seconds, that does not mean it is off*it takes roughly 3 to 5 minutes to melt the wax fully*when you have it on high to melt it the outside does get a tad warm*after about 20 minutes you do need to crank the heat and warm it back up but this keeps the wax from getting to hot while your using it in my opinion*once the wax is melted it does take another 3 minutes for it to cool enough for use*the wax does not pick up all the hairs all at once - BUT unless your a professional it is highly unlikely you will be able use ANY wax and get all the hairs at once.I suggest this as a great warmer, and a amazing tool for at home waxers.

Customer service makes up for it
So let me start by saying I am technologically challenged & was unable to get this adorable warmer to work correctly, chances are I'm just that kinda stupid since it's gotten glowing reviews across the board buuuuut after reviewing said product through the company they were quick as a crackhead snatching up lose change to ensure I became a satisfied customer... They reached out to me, eventhough I didn't ask or say they needed to they went above and beyond to make me happy. I was gifted with a set of BEAUTIFUL hand-made soaps that I habe come to absolutely adore... Which I will be purchasing in the future and have been raving about to anyone that'll listen.. In the end I turned the wax thingie into a scented wax cube warmer & am loving it..and very much loving my skin thanks to their incredible soaps! So again, probably user error since I'm an airhead, the warmer didn't make e swoon but the customer service & aweskme soaps did😁

First Timer
I did some research for 2 weeks before settling with this brand and the reviews really helped. It's my first waxing pot, it's great that it comes with the wax and sticks. Before waxing I do recommend youtube tutorials. Also, baby powder and witch hazel for before and after care. I did my first Brazilian wax on myself and it worked great. I have pretty coarse hair, but it did the job. The first time you wax you might be intimidated, but try again. Beats spending $55 to get waxed. The only thing I am a bit confused about is how to clean the wax out the pot.

Bye bye hair!
This kit is really easy to use and has held up so well! It heats the wax up fast and doesn't dry it out. The bowl has withstood many washings (I just throw it in the dishwasher). Easy to store and doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter.

CLEAN, FAST WARMER, GOOD PRICE
I've had this wax warmer for maybe a month now and I love it! I wanted something that is sleek and modern (not an eye sore) and I think it looks nice and operates/warms up the wax fast! It comes with a good amount of supplies that I will probably just use as backup since I got a seperate container of hard wax. I would give this a go if you are looking for a good wax warmer!

Good heater, make sure to buy better quality wax
The heater itself is good, but the wax that comes with it shouldn't be used if you have sensitive skin or are akin to waxing before. The instructions say that you should put to max and then turn it on down to medium once it's all melted. I've tried that, but I don't know if it's just me, but medium seems a bit too hot. Maybe it depends on the wax, but I've had best results with the dial about 25% after the wax has melted using max.
