This personal lubrication is best on market for all medical or personal applications. The screw cap is much easier and not as messy as the flip top. I have used this for 20 plus years and is better that the OTC stuff available at your drug store.

Ordered 12, Received 1 - Customer Service Solved Issue
I ordered a box of 12 and only received 1. After contacting customer service at Honest Medical, they are shipping out the remaining 11 tubes. I am very satisfied with this.

One of twelve was missing but FOUND
I've been ordering this product for years because it is awesome! I've always received 12 tubes in the box. However, this last time there were only 11 tubes! Beware!!! -- NOTThe missing tube was found, so please accept our apologies for posting a bad review. We had a "failure to communicate" in our household :(
