It was a awesome experience to get it delivered initially I thought that the package will be small and will be in plastic but it was not it was a big package and it was nicely packed inside a cardboard box which was big I mean it. Packaging was excellent and when I opened the cardboard box I saw the pillow inside which was compressed inside a vaccume plastic bag, when I opened the plastic the pillow automatically got fluffed itself as it got in contact with air and from then till now it is fluffy and soft.This pillow is great in quality wise and I am facing no problem with it.Just go ahead and order one for yourself to experience the comfort of this pillow.

It's very fluffy, spongy and very soft :)The product came in original company sealed pack. It was in compressed mode as the air was taken off the cover (not pillow, the pillow doesn't contain air). As soon as I cut the seal, the pillow started expanding to its normal size. The size of the product is LARGE, it think, it's the biggest size.The packaging was superb as always and the delivery was made within 2 days with FREE delivery option.

This pillow is different not the usual bliss

Excellent pillow. It really adheres to the word " bliss". You will get a blissful sleep when you use this product. Pillow remains cool, does not make you sweat at the hair line. Bliss n breathable pillow. Got it at a great price too.

Its over a month now using this pillow, and I am 100% satisfied. As i am a side sleeping person its support to neck is perfect and well balanced with its softness else i could get neck pain if more soft. Its softness rating on site is true to comfort. One should consider his/her sleeping habits before buying as its softness and comfort may irritate your sleep.Its a recommended to buy if you do need to change old pillows.

These are very good pillows and are more or less what I was expecting in this price range. I've seen a lot of reviewers complaining about how the pillow is too soft and about the fibre-filling spreading to the sides after a while. Just a tip to the ones who are complaining, you need to fluff these pillows by hand before you lay your head down on them each night. This will increase the longevity of these pillows and prevent the fibre from spreading to the sides. And anyway, these pillows are not meant to last for more than a year (2 years at the most). I bought these at Rs. 422 a piece from Cloudtail which roughly translates to about $6.50 per pillow. That is about the going rate in other countries in Asia as well. Do NOT expect this to last for 5 to 10 years at that price. People need to start thinking about these as expendable items that need to be replaced every couple of years.We in India are used to sleeping on hard cotton pillows that are relatively quite smaller in size.
