Hit and Miss when It wants to work!
When the splicer works it does exactly as you would want but it's hit and miss as to when this is.1 day it'll splice 1st time... others your lucky to get it to read the cleaved ends. after multiple cleans, alignments, resets and calirations all of a sudden it'll work ok. Then you'll be back to the same loop above.Speedwold/SuWolf do respond to their whatsapp helpline but just blame it on 'cleaning'.No updates have been provided to even try and resolve the issues.At no point have they offered to replace / or repair the unit either.So far I'm 50/50 on whether the unit was a good buy. when it works it's quick and splices efficiently, It's just the not knowing if it's going to work when you turn the thing on!
