Expensive but good
This product works extremely well, never have any stick of the egg. Is expensive but seems to be worth it.

people love omelets.
Update:Moved recently, went to make omelets today and could not find this thing. No reasonable human being would describe the results I produced as omelets.Am currently tearing apart the garage hoping someone thought it was a garden tool and we still have it.Original review:Got this to make omelets on my Blackstone Griddle.I’ve used it a lot and it just makes perfectly shaped omelets every time. If you ever do brunch for guests this will be your MVP, people love omelets.

Great tool
Great tool to make perfect omelettes on the griddle so that you can also cook the veggies or other items on the side and not worry about the eggs running all over.

Not 13"as described in main title, you have to read the complete description.
13" if you add the handle, confusing description about diameter, it's only 8 1/4" and way too expensive, had to pay for the return.

If Good Quality Matters To You and You Have The Money - Buy It
Good quality and size, works great. It isn't for everyone but if quality and functionality is important to you and you have the financial ability to invest in it, you'll like it.

does the job
Let me get this out of the way first: THIS THING IS SO OVERPRICED!But, they seem to have the market cornered, so what can you do? If you are, by any chance, in the same weird position as me--manager of a cafe so tiny that we cook everything on a 24" flat top griddlle, then this baby is for you. It seems pretty sturdy and well constructed, but I do not think it would be prudent to scrub it, or to put it in the dishwasher. Especially SINCE IT IS SO OVERPRICED. I guess people in the restaurant business are supposed to be used to being gouged for equipment. However, we are now able to pump out perfect omelettes on our miniature flat top. We paid a premium for the privilege, but it is sweet.
