The book will help in my need for information on the plight of Indigenous American women in America. I am writing a novel and the descriptions of the plights of these women over the years will be just what I need.

Excellent cross-pollination of feminism and womanism in an indigenous context.

Also used this book for my research paper on Native American Women studies. Full of valuable information!

Good book, has very good articles, and definitely talks about various tribes rather than focusing on Native women as a whole.

This book was interesting at times and boring at times. I would overall rate it a good book though. :)
