Easy install. However, instructions not as clear as they could be. Especially the need to put weight on the replacement drain component. This needs to be accomplished before trying to reinstall the snap ring without disturbing the plumbers putty seal. Instructions show using the removed defective disposal as this weight.However, any heavy flat object can be used, but be sure to protect the finish of the sink from the weight.The dispose is quiet and effective. Pricing is fair.

I'm Not A Plumber, Butt...
I needed to replace the 13-yo Insinkerator Badger that came with my house and started looking around. I saw a few options at Lowe's, but an online search led me to Amazon- where I do most of my shopping. I liked this smaller model with the same 1/3 horsepower, and I loved the price! It arrived @ 4pm and a buddy and I had it installed within a few hours. The video was super helpful. This disposal purrs like a kitten!

Good unit
Bought this to replace an existing unit.I liked the fact that it comes with the parts just in case you can change them, in my case I had to use the existing plumbing and literally just changed the actual unit.Works great, sound is quiet and does the job quite well.Installation was easy after watching a few YouTube videos.
