Totally worth buying if you are into symbolism

The book is good. Very good quality and content. Even though it is short on text it covers a wide variety of topics. It’s not a comprehensive book in any way. However, the book is marked at a price of 1,250 and I bought it at 1,703 from amazon. That’s a bit steep for an online vendor that claims to have the best prices.

Beautiful and interesting book. The information is a bit vague, but going into details for so much symbols in one book is impossible. It's purpose is more to generally inform the reader and to spark the interest. The supplier could put more effort into packaging it better - a simple protective cover wouldn't hurt.

Don't expect to sit down and read this cover to cover. It's much more a book you flip through section at a time, or when you want information about a specific entry.A must have source book for anyone interested in the importance and significance signs and symbols play in the world in historical and contemporary contexts.
