I bought Oblique Strategies as a gift for someone who is difficult to buy for. He loved the cards because they are thought provoking and some of them caused much amusement because they were so apt to situations at the time. Expensive, but worth it.

Some hundred cards to help you get on with your daily life. Whenever I am stuck I pick a card and try to follow it as well as I can. My favourite strategy: "Gardening, not architecture."

Everyone needs these! Great way for creative people to restart their thinking or to help think about problems in a different way.
