Would this fit onto the bell side of a 3m littmann classic II se? basically i would like to convert the bell into a pediatric sized diaphragm

It might work for you. I had to return my purchase because the 3m is mislabeled. The replacement that came was for the "Infant" size bell and NOT the Pediatric diaphragm as stated.
