If you live in cold areas, places with winter, do not order this for delivery as it liquifies if it gets too cold. Do not chill the product as it liquifies and becomes unuseable. Customer service did not seem to care that their product instructions/packaging fails to mention this anywhere or that you do not need to chill to use. I admit I put it in extreme cold so it’s my fault it froze but the lack of Instruction that chilling is not necessary and lack of concern for customer care causes me to not purchase their products again. Customer service is so important to me.
