Very easy to use - switch it on, switch it off. Lightweight, bright. I use it to copy from lineart onto 140lb watercolour paper. You can do your painting without pencil lines which looks so much cleaner. Print out the image on ordinary printer paper, then transfer it to the back of your watercolour paper using the light. Pencil is ok, but ink is much better. Then paint initial shapes with the light on - fill the major blocks with a very, very pale wash. You then have the basics of your image, but no pencil marks.

Really wish I'd had one of these when I was at art school. I've never had an LED light pad before but will definitely look into buying an A3 or A2 size one after using this. It's light weight and thin which is great. The paper sits well on it and it has an even spread of light. It also does not heat up! For someone who spent a lot of time tracing on fluorescent light boxes, which often resulted in sweating hands, this is amazing :)

I chose for my 8 year old this instead of the crayola light tracing pad for kids, as it seemed much better value. I was surprised at how lightweight and good this product is. I suppose a downside for some people would be that it has to be used plugged in to a power source, but that isn’t an issue for us.

I only received this yesterday and I’ve already had amazing use out of it! It’s great quality, really light weight, the brightness allows me to trace through 300gsm card which I find incredible and great value for money! Highly recommend!

Arrived the next day. Not very impressed with the quality but I suppose for the price I can't expect too much. The on/off switch is very temperamental and I have to resort to just unplugging instead. The concept is good so I will probably invest in a decent quality one instead.

Bought for my wife who needed a light box to complete a hobby project. She was over the moon especially that it was portable when plugged in to her 5V power bank.

In my opinion this board is as good as the more expensive versions. I got it to use for appliqué work. It is lightweight and easy to store. It also looks good. The light is very bright and it is easy to trace patterns. It is A4 size which is big enough for most patchwork needs. It will be great to take to classes. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I love this. Great for writing with a lined background under a sheet of paper.
