This hand warmer warms up quickly on both sides. It does not provide constant Low heat, rather it goes on and off, and frankly when it is on it's too hot for my had to touch, even though it's on Low. On the Low setting it stays warm for four hours. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to fully recharge it.

This is so amazingly nice and sweet . The place is so cold but this is Percy for me especially when I am @ work . It keeps my hand warm and nice I love it . Perfect size , the battery life seems good I got it Sunday and used it for work Monday and it ran good , o I have no hand aches from the cold . Good quality and value for your money.
