This is totally my American Horror Story : Cult cosplay Valerie Solanis cloak which I wear inside discreetly when I want to feel like I'm part of a secret feminist cult. It's basically a fun costume piece with zero practical use but much fantastical fun use. Good for Halloween or being a secret weirdo. Good quality, I don't know if that's velvet or velour but it's good enough and the tie neck works out well.

I'm 5'1" and with 2 1/2 inch heels it did drag on the floor enough for some people to step on it. I purchased this for a snow white costume . The gold detail went great with this costume. The hood was large enough to cover my whole head comfortably. The fabric is slightly see through , not a lot . It did keep me warm enough so that I had to remove it when we started dancing around I had to remove it because it was too hot to keep it on (on a night that was around 68° night). This is a great cloak/cape , I loved it and will use it again for other costumes and this was the best price I found for this style.

Beautiful! It was flowy, warm, great material! It really was just Perfect! I was worried that it wouldn’t cover my arms completely like it would go behind me but it covered me like a blanket! I loved it So so very Much!

I am not sure what the fabric is. It says velvet but this is not velvet or the lowest possible caliber. There are no arm holes in it. It is just a big piece of fabric that u throw over the shoulders and tie it on. The hood is very large to go over your head. This is Halloween costume grade. Just happy I didn’t spend any money on this and had credits to apply.

The color of the cloak is very pleasant, but the length is wrong. I'm 5'5 and it only went down about an inch past my knees, not to mention the material is very cheap and thin. And! the little ribbon you use to tie it with fell off the first time I tried to tie it. You might want to invest in a higher quality cloak.

Bought the purple one for a hocus pocus pub crawl, and was perfect! Beautiful deep purple color. Nice fabric. It was a little long on me but I’m 5’4”.
