This is the stuff dreams are made of
Awesome product. Love this. Exactly like what I grew up on. Great taste, not super spicy but just the right around of zing.

I went in the middle for only one reason, ...
I went in the middle for only one reason, I was looking for something else. :( It is a hard salami, and its smaller, and tastes different. sorry I don't think its your fault, but if u can think of what I might be looking for. I would gladly change my stars to 5 ....

it is a shame to put this rubbish under the HU national coverage!
Apart from its fancy Hungarian wrapping not a single reference to any good HU salami make. It is a sort of cheap components based something which hides the poor quality under the Hungarian logo, notably tricking it into the Csabai trade mark. It does not kill you definitively, but the taste and consistency... and associated digestion challenges... Gosh, it is so miserable. Almost feels like one mingled a bunch of 50 years old Szegedi Paprika with recycled truck tires. One might easily need 2-3 days to get trough this harsh experience (even after a single bite). It is a pure shame to sell it like a reliable Hungarian product. Never ever again! Notably not for my teenage 3 boys living on abroad and having no clue about Hungarian products. Even one star is too much here. Obviously, I am not Justicia or Damocles or Mr. Michelin Guide; the above observations are purely subjective, I am just an average Hungarian buyer from the Grand-Plain: from the homeland of outstanding Hungarian Salamis.

Convenient size. Keeps well
My dad came from Budapest during the Hungarian revolution. He is now 84 years old. His comment to me was it was some of the best he had ever had. I can say I really liked it and have recorded several times. Not too spicy but with great flavor. Perfect for crackers and a snack or an antipasto plate for company. Very efficient shipping.
