Great product, and very nice and does not look cheap

It's not terribly difficult to remove the pins to resize the strap, it comes with a neat little tool to do so (however, it will hopefully be much easier for you, as mine came bent), maybe have a cocktail first. Don't lose the pins!! You will still need one pin if you remove two links, two pins if you remove three links, etc.I can definitely see how some were complaining that their wrist was a size in-between the links, one less link being too small, one more link being too large, but each link that you remove only takes off 4mm or so. Mine fits a tiny bit snug, but I prefer it that way, so the watch doesn't slide down my wrist.A very cool thing to note is this band doesn't pinch your arm hairs! Some tennis or bead bracelets (also pictured) tend to do that which drives me crazy, this design had looked to me like it might do that, but I have been wearing the band for about four hours now, & I haven't noticed.Another very cool thing about the watch band is the deployant fold-over clasp. The Fitbits come with a strap that has a buckle, but the act of putting on & taking the watch off would get very tedious to me. This is far simpler, & looks 1,000x better.I gave four stars because the watch band had a small nick on it, underneath the blue protective film. It doesn't particularly bother me, but it's definitely noticeable. Also, as I said, the pin remover tool came bent (the needle tip that pushes the pins), which made the job more challenging than it realistically should have been. I would have tried to bend the tip back with pliers, but it's so thin, I was afraid I'd break it.

The quality and design of this SS bracelet is excellent. It is very reasonably priced for the quality and design -- but not the least expensive available. The design makes it easy to install onto the Fitbit Versa. If sections need to be removed to make a better fit, it does require some extra manual skill, but the instructions and tools provided make it relatively easy. I found it easier to remove extra links by simply using the provided tool to push-out the connecting pins without using the small plastic brace that also is supplied. I thought it very good that extra pins are supplied for all needed functions to connect the bracelet and to replace section pins if later needed. I would recommed this for anyone needing to replace the somewhat flimsy plastic bracelet shipped with the Versa 2.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality. Nice looking. Adds a more professional look compared to band that comes with Fitbit. Good sized band (not too wide). Band weight reasonable. I have large sized wrist and band fit as delivered. Was not overly difficult to attach to Fitbit, compared to others complaining about it. Yes the pin has a spring mechanism to hold it taught, so if you don't get it in the hole initially it will pop out, but again after a couple of tries, it was in place. It is the same mechanism as the band that came with the device- difference is that the original band is able to retain pin inside band. Fastening clasp works well. Durable and should last. Came with links removal tool and extra pins as indicated. Didn't need to use tool since band fit as delivered, but tool looked decent quality and comparable to others I've used previously. Could recommend to others.

I needed a new band for my fitbit, and I wanted a metal one since the original rubber one had tended to make me very unhappy. I found this band and decided that , I liked the black metal, and would both be professional and sturdy, which I need.It showed up at my doorstep quickly, and when I opened it I was absolutely ecstatic to see that not only was it exactly what I wanted, it had come with extra links, springs, AND a little tool to further adjust the band! Excellent price, great product, and the extras just made me happy, as they were unexpected (but VERY welcome!)The band is super comfortable, btw. Absolutely fantastic value!!

I bought the black version of the band for my Versa 2. Its appearance is good, but as stated its nearly impossible to get the pins out. The band comes with a pin removal tool and the attachment that actually pushes the pins out is so fragile. The tool came with 3 heads so that you can replace them if they get bent or damage and all 3 of my pins were damaged beyond use after trying to get out the pins. I only managed to get 2 of the band pins out after 2 hours of work and the rest wouldn't budge. I even tried using a hammer and thumbtack to get the pins out and the still wouldn't pop out even though the tutorial video they recommend says they should come out very easily.I emailed their customer service asking for a refund because i obviously wasn't going to be able to use the band, I told them exactly what happened to all my removal tool heads and how nothing else i did would make the pins move (yes, I was pushing the pins the correct direction, I followed the video tutorial thinking I was doing something wrong but I wasn't). They emailed back within 24 hours and it didn't even seem like they read my notes because they just told me that I had to use the removal tool to get the pins out. I emailed them back, repeating myself that I did use their removal tool and it was useless and that I wanted a refund, and I waited 2 weeks with no response.Some of their products might work, I wouldn't know since mine definitely did not, so purchase at your own risk. I wont be buying from them again.
