Up to now it’s going good no side affects. But I have a question when I stated I was taking a total of four pills daily. Then drop to two daily based on that Amazon says that the bottle should last two months. I have noticed that my blood sugar in the morning is still a little high, could it be that I am only taking two rather then four. Please someone tell me

I haven't had my blood checked yet to see if this has helped with my cholesterol, but the weight gain has been TERRIBLE! I have gained 10 pounds in about 4 weeks. Good or not, i have stopped taking it.
